🌟 Huang Xiuwen – Sales Department

Since joining Zealwe Tech in August 2024, Huang Xiuwen has consistently maintained the highest standards in her role as a Sales Assistant.
She responds swiftly to both internal and customer needs, maintaining a record of “zero complaints” on her work.
By preparing documents and processes in advance, she ensures FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) procedures are conducted smoothly.

When handling international shipments, Huang is known for her precision and attention to detail — even following up on logistics progress during off hours.
During one unforeseen global shipping incident, her quick action helped the company recover a loss of more than 5,000 RMB.

She has also taken initiative to bridge departmental gaps, ensuring timely and high-quality tender submissions,
and played a vital role in customer reception and on-site coordination during the SNEC PV Exhibition.

🌟 Long Ruyu – Production & Technical Department

Joining in February 2025, Long Ruyu has demonstrated exceptional performance as a Production Assistant.
She efficiently supported key environmental chamber projects (ZW2411-176, ZW2501-005), ensuring accurate material dispatch and accessory supply.

Long contributed to optimizing the workshop layout, implementing waste sorting, and standardizing gas cylinder management — all of which improved 5S site management, enhanced workplace safety and cleanliness, reduced material waste, and lowered production costs.

Through regular inspections, she supervised compliance with safety standards, coordinated equipment adjustments, and safeguarded smooth and efficient production operations.
